Just Posts will be up tomorrow, but if you are hungry for an appetizer in the Just Post tradition, you should go here and read Hel's latest post titled "I dream a better future".
Hel and I found each other on accident a few months ago - and I've been all the richer for it. She's the real deal, friends. She speaks her heart. Go see for yourself.
Here's to you, Hel, to your bravery, and your deeply rooted soul.
PS.
Am winding up work and preparing to load M into the car for a 7 hour drive. And there's no drinking and driving anymore, so we actually have to do this sober. Can we give Nyquil to a baby if we use a smaller dosage? Kidding. I promise.
May the spirits guide us.
Come back tomorrow for the January Just Posts.

Thank you. Your words made me happy.
Its probably too late for this journey but in future you might want to try Ashwagandha instead of Nyquil :)
It is called Indian ginseng, is safe for children and animals and make me sleep like a baby.
Happy trails Jen. Remember to have cerveja for me please...
Childrens gravol. You will thank me. Go. buy it now and give it to her before you get in the car.
go. now.
Hugs for the road....((()))
Benedryl. Benedryl.
Just Kidding. kinda.
JUST KIDDING.
We used to drive all night so the kids would sleep. sometimes we would too!
Thanks for the referral, i will go check it out.
Safe driving. (Tylenol PM.)
Drive safely dear one. Benydryl works on some kiddies, mine just gets all jacked up. Learned the hard way on a flight from NY to CA.
Have a nice trip.
Perhaps make the drive part of the trip. Stop often, and get M out, take pictures, look at stuff.
Get M back in and say, "let's go see what else is out there on our next stop."
A friend came up with the idea of toddler sedating stations - where one can have one's child gently sedated by trained professionals- to be located every 30 kms of highway. She's going to win the Nobel Prize, I believe.
Great referral! Thanks. :)
I vaguely remember hearing of Ashwagandha at some point. It probably would do the trick. :)
Peace,
~Chani
Safe travels Jen. I know you will have a blast.
