Ah, yes. It's me, it's this. I sit quietly in front of my laptop grinning in anticipation of what I'll find and what you've been up to. And yet a part of me is reluctant. I'm indoors now. The first time besides sleeping in the past 10 days that I've been in an enclosed space. The routine, my routine, it's back in a flash and here I sit.
It's easy to forget how much time I spend inside until I don't and then I do again.
The trip was really lovely. Lot's of quiet times and long walks, minor adventures and the hot sun. And I am glad to be home.

- The story of a free-spirited woman who after much living had a baby and until recently was in charge of a non profit that helped to get people off the streets. But I've left it all behind to move to the jungle and figure out a way to live more sustainably while seeing more of the world. It took us five years and we still aren't quite sure what we are doing but we are doing it anyways.

Outside is where my soul expands.
So glad you had a good adventure. Traveling can be hit or miss. Sounds like you've absorbed enough good sun to get you through a little more Winter!
So glad you're back!
We've had an early, lengthy cold spell, and I've really had to force myself to go outside (the kids would be out there all day). It's weird how easily we adapt from one season to the next so that the previous one seems like a distant memory.
