Mommy, when i grow up i want to go to jail. i told my friends at school today that they could all go to jail too, but my teacher said that wasn't nice.
Nice, baby. Real nice. Way to keep it real on the playground.
And on the other side of the tracks, KC got some really fantastic news yesterday.

jail, eh? no, m, baby, you don't wanna go there, lovey. call yer auntie liv and she'll talk you through this while mommy has a few drinks.
Wow, Jen. What a wonderful story in that link. Made my day already. And your kid is too much!
Kids crack me up. They see everything through rose-colored glasses, even jail.
M's friends are certainly going to know the ropes by the time they hit puberty, no?
*snirk*
what was it you said about food and a place to sleep "cot and something"? must sound good to her. ;)
heehee
Jail is huge with my kids right now. They love to play jail. They ask about jail all the time, what it's like, who goes there, if I've ever been there, etc.
Thankfully, I can say no to that last question of theirs. ;)
Having just this minute gotten back from Small Claims Court, there are at least four people who would do well with some jail time.
Hm. :)
nothing creative to say here except, yikes.
do we get to hear your follow up comment to M?
Oh that's something else. LOL! Classic!
Gives new meaning to the term jail-bait.
I like that kid. She's worldly.
I just saw KC's news, too. I still can't believe it.
Heh! I'm surprised the teacher didn't feel the need to have a "talk" with you to make sure everything is okay at home.
LOL! I love M!
And the news about KC just has me floored, I've been thinking about it for days. Couldn't have happened to better people.
M honey. As one who went to Juvie Court and was thiiiis far away from going into some kind of reform school....I gotta beg you NOT to say things like that.
You are gonna give you sweet mumma a heart attack.
*smiling and keeping it real*
dude, what a crazy cool little jail bird.
Running on empty
Maybe she will go to jail for conscientious objection to a horrible thing carried out by big business or the government...then, jail isn't so bad.
"That wasn't nice"? Why do teachers say such things? Oy.
M's so adorable...
*pinches*
